ABSTRACT

The liberalisation of the Energy market enables the competition between conventional power suppliers and new players such as Green Energy suppliers and dealers. Green Energy becomes a general merchandise. The earlier consumer supplied by the monopoly supplier is a today courted customer of suppliers and dealers and can choose the product like the Renewable or Fossil Energy technology, the production process and the supplier. A competition between the Electricity suppliers exists already, which decreases the prices for large and small customers. For the competitive power of the Green Energy suppliers apart from the economic criteria's quality Guidelines will be necessary for the fulfilment of non-standard customer's requests. A reliable and transparent Green Energy Label offers the possibility to a large extension of the Renewables pushed through the main player consent. Independent and internationally recognised quality Guidelines will be specified and verified with such a Green Energy Label. A now presented Energy Management and Monitoring device called Energy Tariff Manager (ETM) allows to fulfil the required product quality, to improve the Synchronisation between Green Energy demand and supply and to yield the following "Win, Win, Win" results: 1. The customers reduce their Energy consumption and costs with Demand Side Management and can choose the Energy source and quantity, 2. The Green Energy suppliers improve their Energy production planning and reduce expensive peak-load power and 3. The Greenhouse gas emission will be reduced.
