ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to examine the current and potential future module costs of five major photovoltaic (PV) technologies using a common modeling methodology. The five technologies examined were CZ silicon; cast silicon; amorphous silicon; cadmium telluride (CdTe); and copper indium diselenide (CIS).
