ABSTRACT
Relations between the Order of the Hospital and Castilian-Leonese royalty are complex and problematic, and therefore this paper will concentrate upon one facet of the development of the Order's seigneurial policy in this area of the Iberian peninsula: the Hospitallers' collection of certain royal revenues in their domains.
