ABSTRACT

In human society people can have various kinds of identities. We can rightly classify all kinds of identities into two major categories that is the external and internal identities. The external identity refers to the relationships established through outside forces, such as laws, profit, fame, etc. The interior bond in this kind of relationship is weak and shallow. In fact, many social relationships stay on this level of identity. There are many ways to achieve a Christian identity. First of all, it is the primacy of personal experience: a deep inner experience of God, such as Jesus had, and personal experience of Jesus, the Lord, such as the disciples had. After having experience, then comes action. Action is another magical key to the growth in Christian identity. Action includes all acts of thinking, feeling, behaving, and so on.
