ABSTRACT
The United Nations Declaration of Human Rights claims to protect the rights of individuals. Do you see any problem with such a conception of human rights when the interests of ethnic or cultural minorities are taken into account; for example, when the rights of members of the majority to freedom of movement or to vote are restricted as a result of protecting the rights of minorities?
