Douglas P. Lackey is a professor of philosophy at Baruch College and the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. He is the author of Moral Principles and Nuclear Weapons (1984) and The Ethics of War and Peace (1989). He is the editor of Ethics and Strategic Defense (1989).
