ABSTRACT
Carl B. Becker is a professor at Kyoto University. His research is focused on biomedical ethics and Japanese worldviews. He is the author of Asian and Jungian Views of Ethics (1999) and Breaking the Circle: Buddhist Views of Death and Afterlife (1993).
