ABSTRACT
Clare Palmer is professor of philosophy at Texas A&M University. Her books include Animal Ethics in Context (2010) and Environmental Ethics (1997), as well as a forthcoming book coauthored with Peter Sandoe and Sandra Corr, Ethics and Companion Animals . She has also edited and coedited volumes on animals and the environment and is the author of numerous articles on the subject.
