Many types of research are done regarding the relationship between gender and business. Some work claims that men are more interested in entrepreneurship activities, and entrepreneurial intention (EI) is more observed in men than women. The old-fashionable stereotype, even in the Marxist approach, is that it is better for women to stay at home and take care of the family. A common fact that some men are not capable of taking care of their dependents show that men sometimes are not capable of taking part in contributing to societal values. The family business is considered as least contributing to overall economic growth since they do not grow quickly in regard to employees and profit. In family business, both parents (male and female) transmit their entrepreneurial mindset to their children. The main objective of this research is to find motivational factors of male and female business owners, as well as their performance regarding entrepreneurial leadership.
