ABSTRACT
Effective animal advocates attempt to use evidence and reason to do the most good possible in animal advocacy. This chapter discusses conceptual, principled, and practical questions for effective animal advocates. It argues that effective animal advocates are pursuing the right goal, and it proposes strategies for pursuing this goal as effectively as possible.
