ABSTRACT
All animals are able to adapt to changes in their environment. Learning, memory, reasoning, and problem solving have all been said to allow an animal to adapt to a changing environment. In order to reveal what is known about animal intelligence, the present chapter presents a summary of what has been learned known about these processes.
