ABSTRACT

This introduction presents an overview of the key concepts discussed in the subsequent chapters of this book. The book starts with a stream of thought during an evening meal back in November 2015. It discusses the materialization of that idea. The book argues that the ability to listen is one of the most important characteristics for future entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders. It starts a business without an idea. The book examines How to create an innovative culture. The future belongs to the entrepreneurs, innovators, leaders, and passionate souls who are not only capable of "listening more intently" to the world about them but who also have the ability to act on the input they get. The book makes up of three pillars or major themes: entrepreneurship, innovation, and authentic leadership. It explores the knowledge and visions in the form of its contributions.
