ABSTRACT
Tendayi Viki (United Kingdom) is the founder and principal consultant at Benneli Jacobs and author of the bestseller The Corporate Startup. He has worked as a consultant for several companies including Pearson, Standard Bank, the World Bank, General Electric, and Whirlpool. Bigger companies have a lot to learn from startups and vice versa. Tendayi has worked as a consultant, advisor, and coach for several large organizations including Airbus, Standard Bank, the British Museum, the World Bank, General Electric, Whirlpool, Tetrapak, and Pearson. The author asked Tendayi to draw on all of his experience and answer a few questions. Innovation is now the main strategic priority in most companies. The majority of executives indicate a need for their companies to develop sustainable innovation processes. Every company should have a clear strategy for their innovation efforts.
