ABSTRACT
Tariq Tapa’s debut film, Zero Bridge, is the first movie to come out of Kashmir in forty years. American-born, with a Kashmiri father and a Jewish-American mother, Tapa used his unique position as Kashmiri insider and outsider to write, direct, and produce a film that captures the lives of two young people living in modern postwar Srinigar.
