ABSTRACT
I would like to make a few concluding observations. First, the focus on the country level is an important change; it reflects the broader movement of the Bank and indeed the donor community. But what have emerged are some interesting examples of tensions between the sector, as mentioned by Governor Husain, and project levels, as well as between project and country results. These tensions will continue, and we need to continue to deal pragmatically with these issues.
