ABSTRACT

Nature creates by consuming and reconstructing material things. Nature is the mother of all consumption and the mother of all refuse heaps. She is also the mother of all brutality. She has run this planet through over 142 mass extinctions. And her taste for species slaughters hasn't ceased. whose dangers make the adventures of Frodo the Hobbit look like a quiet game of Parcheesi. Nature rewards those who overcome her. Around 3.85 billion years ago, bacteria colonies invented ways to twist the photons of the sun and the molecules of the sea into cell membranes and energy. Nature builds stars by the quadrillions, and then murders them off in nova death. She uses their agonies to create and to make new forms of atoms this cosmos has never seen. Mother Nature's way is instability and catastrophe. Nature herself is a blatant consumer, an obsessive materialist.
