ABSTRACT

A case study following three years of multi-professional interventions with an ASD child named Elay. It depicts Elay’s unique course of development, while shedding light on common developmental characteristics in other ASD children. The acknowledgment of both his extensive deficiencies and his healthy potential for development raises crucial therapeutic questions and theoretical dilemmas revealing the nature of autism and the structure of the kindergarten’s clinical practice.
