Much has been said and written about the topic of partnerships. 1 Neighborhoods shift from a dead zone to a livable space, whether you live in New York; New Haven, Connecticut; Kansas City or St. Louis, Missouri; Detroit, Michigan; or Chicago, Illinois. All have been referred to (and some still are) as “crime hot spots.”
