ABSTRACT
This chapter outlines the process of producing the research proposal. It outlines the process, the components that need to be included and factors to consider: such as writing for different readerships and the inclusion of key stakeholders in the process. It also outlines the factors to be included when the research proposal is part of an application for research funding.
