ABSTRACT
The overall objective of this book is to introduce the I-ADApT framework and illustrate how it can be used to develop a typology of responses to global change and to illustrate how this approach can be used to compare marine social-ecological resource crises to enable decision makers to identify potential solutions and contribute to better governance. This concluding chapter provides an integration of the main lessons learned from each of the case studies and an evaluation of I-ADApT, as well as guidance for its future use.
