ABSTRACT

A theory of sexed identity is not at our disposal, but rather there are fragments furnished by philosophy and psychoanalysis. The non-confusion of sexed identity and of the human has a whole host of concrete consequences concerning everything the author think of by games of contraries, and by which he have implicitly excluded Woman. By proposing an identity of minimal science, independent of the game of these contraries, by means of a posture rather than through reified criteria drawn from history, non-philosophy and non-epistemology liberate. The universalization proposed here of the question of sexual identity does not at all relate the human to sexual difference. A theory of sexual identity cannot have any place other than to separate the human and the subject. Transforming it into material, these characterizations are generalized in every sense, and allow the characterization, indirectly, of each sexed identity.
