ABSTRACT
In this chapter, five contributors from this book’s first section discuss the important issue of reflexivity in qualitative research. The dialogue begins with a discussion about how they handled their social location related to the specific research they report on in this book. They then discuss whether or not researchers should identify their positionality in their research—not only in their writing but also to their participants. The authors also provide helpful reading on the topic of reflexivity.
