ABSTRACT
The state planning committees of the union republics will consider questions of an inter branch character which arise in the course of plan fulfillment as regards industry situated on the territory of a union republic. In the union republics, depending on the volume of industrial output and the number of enterprises of the corresponding sector of industry located on the territory of the republic, there are to be set up union-republic ministries. The changes in the organization of the management of industry envisaged in the Law abolish the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) Council of Ministers' Supreme Council of the National Economy of the USSR and the USSR Economic Council. Decisions taken by the State Committee of the USSR Council of Ministers for Material and Technical Supplies on matters within its competence are binding on ministries and other organizations.
