Supervisees/students will examine the developmental domains identified in the multicultural and social justice counseling competencies (MSJCC). Supervisees/students will have an increased understanding of how the intersections of their personal development and worldview can impact the counseling relationship. Graduate students or supervisees in a master’s-level counseling program. This activity may be used in an introductory counseling class, social justice course, or practicum or internship.
