ABSTRACT
At the fundamental level, the continuous improvement by improving continuously (CIBIC) system is designed to promote the pursuit of continuous improvement as driven by three laws and five philosophies. The entire CIBIC system was developed to promote the development of the inner drivers and attributes as a necessary precursor of the outer development. During the voyage of discovery, the author covers a wide range of topics designed to highlight the critical elements that promote the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement. Although this subject matter was designed to highlight the systemic elements of continuous improvement, it was also designed to help one build an improved intuitive comprehension of this subject matter. The basic pursuit of continuous improvement is only possible if one have the means to counteract, eliminate, or resolve any, and all gaps, deficiencies, and chaotic factors that exist at the beginning of that pursuit.
