ABSTRACT
This content explores four topics that frame a facilitator’s professional development proficiency in organizational training contexts and their relationship to best practices. Findings suggest that these topics warrant special consideration for novice and experienced CCCTTs. The topics are not meant to exclude other skills central to a development process. Instead they represent themes and facilitator strategies identified throughout contemporary literature as essential, thus relevant to establish as best practices.
