ABSTRACT

Developing and maintaining organizational expertise as a communication consultant, coach, teacher, and trainer (CCCTT) necessitates knowing and facilitating a holistic discovery and intervention process that leads to improved individual, group/team, and organizational results. A best practice is the Human Performance Technology (HPT) framework, which is an evidence-based approach to conducting needs assessments, determining proper inventions (training and non-training), and informing change management practices to improve human and organizational performance by evaluating results.
