ABSTRACT

This chapter will focus on Best Practice 6 – Demonstrate Effective and Appropriate Instructional Design, which requires communication coaches, consultants, teachers, and trainers (CCCTTs) to adopt approaches, tools, and practices which allow the impact of the training or coaching to be designed to meet specific needs with measurable goals and objectives assessed. We illuminate an assessment tool and methodology, Belbin Team Roles, which we use to achieve positive measurable outcomes.
