ABSTRACT

This chapter provides key strategies to ensuring transparency in your training. Maintaining authenticity in a masculine management-driven organization can be difficult. Establishing influence and power and yet remaining true to your style and audience is possible. This chapter discusses the best practice of transparency in regard to trainee adaptation and communicative behaviors. Though I discuss a feminine/relational approach, this chapter highlights how different lenses and paradigms are best developed when they are intentional and thoughtfully integrated into training.
