Observational assessment at the core of your communication training program

You identified a communication problem and determined training is the solution, but how do you design a training program that will resolve the issue? We share a pragmatic approach to developing and using an observational assessment technique to improve communication. We introduce a communication problem, explain how an assessment was created to facilitate a communication training program for that problem, and explain how assessments can be used before, during, and after communication training program implementation.
