ABSTRACT

The signature of the 1993 Oslo Accords, and more specifically, of the pursuant 1995 Interim Agreement ("Oslo II"), heralded the onset of new and challenging hydro-political realities for Israel. By agreeing to relinquish her exclusive authority over water-related activity in Judea and Samaria for the first time since the 1967, she placed severely onerous limitations on her already over- extended water supplies.
