ABSTRACT
In domestic trade the buyer and seller are in the same country, use the same currency and are subject to the same laws and regulations. Often there is face-to-face contact between the parties and the buyer is able to see the goods before any commitment. If subsequent to the sale there is a dispute then, subject to agreed arrangements, the return of the goods does not present too many difficulties.
