ABSTRACT
This chapter describes a process in relation to the implementation of work with resilience throughout an entire municipality, initiated by a group of managers. The chapter tells about the challenges that may show up when one chooses to work solely out of ground-up engagement and motivation, without the use of an implementation structure. In addition they take up how one works with resilience in general, and as a function of a healthy work environment.
