ABSTRACT
When working on mapping out where and how it would make sense to work with the resilience perspective, it is also important to investigate whether it is possible to work within vastly different societal conditions, with staff who have entirely different educational backgrounds and with children and youth who speak different languages and have been exposed to serious neglect. This chapter focuses on experiences with resilience work at a children’s home with children from the eastern part of Greenland who have been exposed to severe neglect.
