ABSTRACT
Online supervision seems to be a major nascent trend in our field and beyond. Because of the extensive “reach” of technology, online supervision holds tremendous potential for bringing together a widely heterogeneous group of supervisees who can theoretically interact with each other from different corners of the world or make supervision available to those in remote geographical areas where supervisory resources may be limited. With the proper care, planning, and creativity, online supervision can be an important mechanism for providing culturally sensitive supervision.
