Figure 6.2 shows some differences in the services offered in the health facilities located in the strong-performing and the weak-performing states. For instance, while the strong-performing state offered up to ten services, the low-performing state offered only eight services, with median scores of 4 and 3 respectively. Table 6.2 revealed that maternal and child health services were poorly represented among the service provided in both the strong-and weak-performing states.
