ABSTRACT
Students learn several survey research methods in this chapter. They become aware of the complexity of survey research as well as some of the problems surveys present. Students are introduced to the advantages and disadvantages of Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing. Students see how to perform simple data analysis tasks on survey results.
