Agnieszka Chłoń-Domińczak Assistant Professor at the Institute for Statistics and Demography at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and the Educational Research Institute, Warsaw, and Member of the Polish Pension Group (PPG-SGH). Before, she was Director at the Department for Economic Analyses and Forecasting in the Ministry of Labour. In 2005 she has been Undersecretary of State of the Polish Ministry of Social Policy, and from 2007 to 2009 Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.

Elsa Fornero Professor of Economics at the University of Torino, and scientific coordinator of the Center for Research on Pensions and Welfare Policies (CeRP). From November 2011 to April 2013 she served as Minister of Labour, Social Policies and Equal Opportunities in the technocratic reform government led by Mario Monti. Before she came as an independent expert into politics, she also held positions in business and journalism, as an Op-Ed writer for the Italian economic daily Il Sole-24 ore.
