ABSTRACT
Introduction Operational life contains situations whose subtle and infinite variations will mismatch the exact circumstances of training. It may contain surprises, situations that fall outside the textbook. Practitioners must be able to apply skills and knowledge acquired through training, to situations that even the trainer was unable to foresee.
