ABSTRACT
In effect, online office applications are simply wikis that look like and work like office soĞware. One benefit of online office applications compared with traditional wikis is that they are already familiar to most people, because they look like ordinary office soĞware. Because of this, for collaborative projects involving people resistant to new technology, using an online office application may be a beĴer option than using a wiki, even if a wiki platform is just as suited for the particular project.
