ABSTRACT
The absence of the rule of law as well as corruption in Cambodia provides Asian criminals and regional terrorists with safe havens and bases of operations in Southeast Asia. Transnational crimes emanating from Cambodia, particularly narcotics and human trafficking, pose significant and growing threats to regional neighbors.
