ABSTRACT
One Saturday, a school district learns that two employees have died after long-term battles with cancer. The employees worked in two different schools. The district crisis team learned how to respond to two staff member deaths with two building administrators who preferred different grieving and crisis response plans. Discussion includes how to conduct a multi-school crisis response and how to care for caregivers.
