ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on how doctoral-level school psychology interns can best navigate the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) application and Match process. Guidance is also provided for training program faculty regarding how they can best support applicants. The APPIC Match process is described in depth, including timelines and tips for application preparation, successful matching with an excellent internship training site, and what to do if the match is not successful.
