ABSTRACT
We are delighted to be invited for this task as our own work on conceptual change
(Duit & Treagust, 2003) so far has not explicitly included ideas from the conceptual
metaphor field. In other words, we see this task as a chance to revise and further
develop our more ‘classical’ conceptual change views.
