ABSTRACT
Singapore is known as the “Little Red Dot” on the world map, Asia’s safest city with the highest quality of living, according to the 2016 results of the quality of living survey by Global Human Resources consulting firm Mercer. Its survey recognized Singapore as the top Asian city in the world for quality living and 26th worldwide (Mercer, 2016). Crime in Singapore is generally lower than other comparable cities.
