ABSTRACT
The Vision 20251 emphasises the use of information technology as a tool to push the paddle to that end, but little has been achieved in real terms so far. However, Punjab (the most populous province of Pakistan) has initiated certain projects under Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), which promise in making the government e-enabled.
