ABSTRACT

At the time of Mrs. Hoggan's election the Association was in a transitory state, the unincorporated Society having asked to be incorporated, and during the interim it is now declared there was no body empowered to elect members. During that same interim, however, some hundreds of men were elected, and one woman, who was Mrs. Hoggan. The business of the Association has !lOW been to confirm the election of all the male members thus irregularly elected during the interval in question.
