ABSTRACT
Prosecutrix said that on Saturday night the prisoner came home and without any reason violently assaulted her. On Sunday night he met her in the Strand, kicked her, and pulled her hair out.
Police-constable 338 E corroborated the evidence. He also said that the prisoner threatened to hang the prosecutrix when he got out of this difficulty.
