ABSTRACT
Liverpool Sltoptvomen.-The Liverpool Albion states that in consequence of the development of spm.l and other diseases among Indies engaged as shop assistants, there is a movement amon~st tIle Liverpool ladies ill respect to this matter, and It is their object to inquire whether something can be done in the way of providing seats for the occasional use of the young women su em{>lo)':ed. A numerous an-ay of medical men have notified their approval of the scheme. We are glad to see this movement spreading; it is worth the attention of London ladies.
