ABSTRACT
In this chapter we discusss collective knowing. How can we construct collective knowing? The cases we refer to are from the province of Gipuzkoa in the Basque Country (Spain) and the Agder region in Norway. We use lessons learned from the first case, which is a 6-year action research project (a participatory approach to research), to discuss the Agder case.
